Get access to Qualia, Allixir's Settlement Software Partner, as soon as you receive your invite.  Sign pending documents, and get access to your secured portal that we will use throughout your services!

Watch your email and set up alerts in Qualia as you want them.  We will be reaching out with information, and we want to make sure you can contact us with questions as well!

Please be responsive to all of your lender or mortgage broker requests.  We at Allixir certainly understand how these tasks can seem daunting.  Keep your head up.  The questions will end eventually!

We may be required to do certain steps in order to clear any title objections or address any concerns of any third-parties.  As such, please be responsive and ready to take steps as needed.

As the closing date approaches, we will reach out to you for scheduling.  You can choose when and how you close, we will accommodate the best we are able, be that in person or fully remote, we do both.
